The History of the Elven Temple ~In the beginning after the "Great High Ones War" peace was to be seen throughout all the realms, even among the Drows of Dark Underworld. Yet did those who came to the realms, lost, afraid, and alone seperated from their Gods and elven sects. Called before the King & Queen came those of the High Council, & the High Court alike. Among them came the eldest of the women elves. Sulestra was her name. Bent in age yet the Queen's greatest friend and wisest of those who had lived through the war itself. The Queen and all other elders turning to her in this time of great turmoil did ask what could be done. As she stood before the great Mirrior of time, her eyes of pearl white seemed to shine as she spoke: "Of all things they come seeking, wanders and those here alike. Take that which is of no use and create of it for those who would learn, a place of the Gods and that which each of us Upper and Lower Realm alike and surround its secrets alike Honoring each sect as they should be for each can not survive without the other":. In so saying the once Great Citadel was rebuilt. In its archives were placed those of each sect. From Dark Drow to the smallest of creatures secrets. Within its mighty walls and secret passages, among the many hall ways and great chambers was the Temple created. A place for them to go to learn each according to their elven sect and of other sects so no man, woman, or child would be without knowledge of their brethern.
As time passed Sulestra passed into keeping the Temple's secrets and learnings to DoraMalia, who became Malia, HighProtectress. She who's words speak for all Elven kind, and she who's Magic, Skills and knowledge is passed from generation to generation. In her time did she bare but one child and so the line of the Protectress was passed unto Tarthar. In her a daughter was born as well a son. In their time shall come the next to protect all that lies within the walls of the Great Temple of Time.
