1#.Upon birth of each new elf, parents or family being of ElfQuest must bring forth the child that its name may be written in the Book Of Times.
2#.Upon the age of Magic every boy & girl shall be taken into the Temple for the term of no less, no more then 3 childhood years to learn of the Elements of their Land and those lands far from here. No boy or girl child shall be removed from the Temple by any but mother,father, or Protectress herself. No outsiders but those welcomed by The Lady will study among those of Elven race without The ladies will.
3#.Upon the age of Spells each boy & girl shall be given a book of spells to learn and study within the temple, their homes if deemed by The Lady. Upon completion of reading each shall be tested in their knowledge.
4#.Upon the comeing of Time of Mateing Age each girl & boy shall be matched for alliance. Unless a HeartMate is found the father shall do the choosing. If a HeartMate is found the binding shall be of heart, mind body and soul. If a marriage of Alliance, the couple will produce a child within 1 solar Year or the match will be ended and another made.
5#.Upon the ageing death of any elf male of female, the body will be brought to the Temple and a funeral pryre be built by the family, The Lady, and all shall stand vigalence till the flame is dead.
6#.Upon the death of The Lady, her oldest remaining student shall then preside over the Temple and all within. Of the status of The Lady, She may take to herself a consort, but may not marry or produce children till she has served the Time Of Ageing and her eyes take the sightlessnes of Power.
#7.Upon breakage of any of these laws shall be required of death, punishment of exile for no less then 1 solar year.
