Bio: Spencer is Eva's cousin and shared her life style. He became engrossed in his Elemental Powers, and seems to be very odd about his cousin around Tor, who he seems to hate on principal. Spencer's experiment's are sometimes something to laugh about, but when he cooks and does experiments at the same time, don't eat anything.

Author's Comments: Spencer has never really had too many changes in his personality. He has always been ridiculously over-protective of Eva, and his powers generally have stayed the same, I would say that he's the only character who was ever like this for me. Site © ShadowFire.
