My mission is simple. To provide my clients with an environment which promotes relief of the daily stresses of life, as well as addressing therapeutic needs, in a relaxing, professional atmosphere.
Many clients enjoy the stress reduction that massage offers, some enjoy the therapeutic benefits of getting rid of toxins from the body, and others for the overall effect that massage therapy provides. For the whole body to be healthy, the sum of its parts must be healthy. So, it is easy to understand why good circulation is so important to our health.
I offer relaxation massage, Swedish, muscular therapy, deep-tissue, foot reflexology, stretching and pressure-point massage, to give you a healing “time-out” from your life demands. Remember, massage helps bridge the gap between common neglect of injury and major medical intervention.
Swedish is a light relaxing massage that works on the nerves nearest to the skin. This gentle massage takes away the pressures of the day and helps you to relax for the evening. For relaxation and pampering a Swedish massage is an excellent choice.
To ensure that you always get the very best massage you have ever experienced, I work on all clients personally and I work on 5 clients per day. So, appointments are necessary.
The working philosophy of It’s About Time… is to care for the client's needs through physiological techniques and a caring attitude. Each massage is given with a deep respect and concern for the comfort and total well-being of the individual - providing for the emotional, physical and psychological needs of the client.
