Welcome to EyeSites!

EyeSites are my original html templates and graphics. If you use Blogger, the script is already set up for you within the template, so there is no confusing code to mess with.

How do you use this template in Blogger?

It's easy. Download this Zip file. Upload all the files (the graphic files and the Cascading Style Sheet, "blog.css") to your server and directory (if applicable) where your blog is stored. Open the file "template.html" in a text editing program. Log into your Blogger account, and click on "Template." Copy the text in the "template.html" file and Paste it in the Blogger template window in place of the existing text. Click "Save Changes" under the Blogger template window.

The EyeSite template is all set up for you! All you need to do now is Blog!

EyeSites are free for you to use as long as you keep the links to me that I provided in the template. (I have commented these out in the template so you know which links I am referring to.)

Upgrade to avoid the mandatory links to me.

If you do not want to have the links to me, upgrade to the pro versions where there is no link-back required. There are three options available:

EyeSitePro: $10/template/blog. You may use one design as much as you want on one website with no link back to me for as long as you want. Changing templates or multiple blogs requires regstering a new template for each site design.

EyeSiteSubscriber: $50/year. You may use unlimited designs as much as you want on one website with no link back to me for one year from date of purchase of license. Great for those who change the look of their sites a lot.

EyeSiteMaster: $199/year. You may use unlimited designs as much as you want on multiple websites with no link back to me for one year from date of purchase of license. Templates are licensed for multiple site usage and graphics may be modified. Great for the Web Designer or Site Reseller.

EyeSiteUltimate: $299 flat fee. You may use unlimited designs as much as you want on multiple websites with no link back to me. No time limit...license does not expire. Templates are licensed for multiple site usage and graphics may be modified. Great for the Web Host and Site Developer.

Terms of Use, etc.

You are responsible for:

- downloading zip files of EyeSites
- adding the template text (in the template.txt file) to the Blogger Template
- uploading the graphics to your own server
- any and all revisions to the html or css either in the files or in the Blogger Template.
- converting templates for use in non-blog format, or for use with Greymatter or other non-Blogger scripts.

You may not:

Modify the graphics (except to add text to blank buttons), resell or redistribute them (unless an EyeMaster or EyeUltimate license has been purchased.

You may:

Adjust html or css to suit your needs. (Remember, I am not responsible for your design looking bad if you change your html and css!)

You must:

Keep a link to my sites on your blog and blog archive pages unless a license (EyeSitePro, EyeSubscriber, EyeMaster or Eye Ultimate) is purchased. If you purchase a license that does not require a link back, that does not mean you can falsely represent the design and graphics as being created by anyone except me. All it means is that I do not require a link on your page. I am still the creator of the graphics and designs, and maintain the copyrights to them.
