Bewitchery

Wish I could awake from this dying dream
From this slumber does my trouble stream
None other than your thunder could awake me
So it seems to be, that I shall sleep forever
Caught in a clever veil of darkness, wherever I look
Past stained in memory, my soul thou took

Glimpses of thy fading eyes, chained to the rain
Haunted with thy misery, trapped in thy bewitchery
Stained my veins with thy bane, yet charming thou remains
Remembrance, a breath of death upon the sleeping winds
My sins wrapped in thy scent, pinned to the gale
A fragile tale of deadly lust, dreamt time and time again
