Please remember these things when you apply:
If you would like your character to be a Metamorphmagus, you must say so in your application. The number of Metamorphmagi will be regulated, so only a few will be allowed.
Please do not ask to be an Animagus upon joining. After you have been rping for a while, you may talk to a moderator about becoming an Animagus.
To prevent an overload of characters in one house or year, the moderators will be sorting students according to preference. If there is an opening in your preferred house and year, you will be placed there. However, if there is not an opening, a moderator will get back to you with the closest openings to your request. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will do our best to help you get the house and year of your choice.
Please do not try to play a character from the books. Teachers from the books, however, will be used as NPCs. (If you are not familiar with the term, this means anyone can use a teacher as a minor character in his or her rp, but no one will actually play that teacher.) Also, please do not claim that a character from the books is a relative of your character.
If you would like to play on your house's Quidditch team, please include that in Other in your application. Team captains will be chosen by the moderators and captains will be responsible for the organization of the team. If you are asked to be a team captain, you may refuse. All questions regarding Quidditch play should be addressed to your team captain or to a moderator.
Please do not claim to be a prefect. Prefects will be chosen by the moderators.
