Profits
The Company pays instant commissions (no
delays) to its Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) by facilitating
the issuance of a Master Card debit card to each representative who is
enrolled to earn commissions. There are no credit requirements for the
issuance of the card. Cash commissions are deposited directly onto the
card each commission period. ISRs can withdraw all the cash on the card at
anytime or they can make purchases with it at restaurants, department
stores, and any retail outlet where Master Card is
accepted.
How to Become a Independent Sales
Representative
You may become an Independent Sales Representative (ISR)
of Enliven at no cost by completing an ISR application. Enrolled ISRs may
purchase Enliven products directly from the company at wholesale prices
for their own consumption and/or sell them to customers at retail prices.
ISRs may qualify to earn commissions on product sales by complying with
additional requirements (see below). There can be only one ISR per
household.
Commissions
Depending on when
the last day of the month occurs, ISRs can earn commissions 4 to 5 times
per month. The Company pays weekly commissions on Binary orders and
monthly commissions on all other types of orders. Binary orders are
one-time annual purchases of the Company’s lead product, NitrO FXÔ. ISRs
also purchase NitrO and the other company products on a regular basis
through the Company’s Autoship Order program. The Company pays Fast Start
and Spillover Matrix commissions on these orders. ISRs can earn up to a
maximum of $75,000 per pay period.
Binary
Commissions (Paid Weekly)
The purpose of the Binary Program is
to create a team effort to introduce people to Enliven’s breakthrough
product, NITRO FX™. The Program rewards individuals and team members with
quick and substantial commissions.
The word “Binary” means two. As
a successful Enliven ISR, you will build a 2-team Sales organization. To
make it simple, let's call these two sales teams your Left Sales Team and
Right Sales Team. The goal of these teams is to make Binary Sales of our
NITRO FX™ product to new ISRs. Binary Commissions are based on how many
Binary Sales of NitrO FXÔ occur in your organization, whether sold by you
or anyone else. Every few Sales made by your Sales Teams complete a Step,
which earns you a commission. There are 5 Steps in the Binary commission
Cycle, which pays a total of $400. When your organization completes a
Cycle, a new one begins. Each Business Center can earn up to $2,000 per
day by cycling up to 5 times a day, seven days a week! You can have up to
3 Business Centers.
To earn Binary commissions, you must
enter the Binary program by making a one-time annual $99.90 purchase of
two bottles of NITRO FX™. This initial purchase is called a Binary “Sale”
or “Purchase”. When you make your Binary Purchase you will be assigned a
Business Center, which is the marketing or tracking center for your two
sales teams. Your Business Center(s) will be positioned under the Business
Center of the person who sponsored you, either in his/her Left Sales Team
or Right Sales Team. As soon as you make two Binary Sales, with one Sale
on your Right Side and one on you Left, your Business Center becomes
qualified to start accumulating Binary Sales volume for the payment of
commissions. The new ISRs that join your sales team receive their own
Business Centers, which are placed in your Left or Right Sales team. Once
you qualify you Business Center(s), you get credit for all the Sales that
occur in your organization, no matter when they are made or how far down
in your organization they occur.

FAST START COMMISSIONS (Paid
Weekly)
After new ISRs have made their one-time annual Binary
purchase of Nitro FXÔ, Fast Start and Spillover Matrix commissions are
paid on the ongoing purchases of NITRO FX™ and other company products that
ISRs order through our Autoship program. Fast Start Commissions are
higher-than-normal commissions paid on all non-binary orders made by newly
recruited ISRs during their first 90-days with the Company. After new ISRs
complete their initial 90-day period, you can earn commissions on all
orders made by these ISRs in your sales organization through the Spillover
Matrix program (see below).
The Fast Start program is
designed to reward those who successfully sponsor ISRs and who help others
in their sales organization do the same. When ISRs join the Company, they
typically enroll in the Autoship Order program. Autoship Orders are
standing orders of product that ISRs agree in advance to purchase on the
same day each month by authorizing Enliven to charge a credit card on
file, electronic withdrawal from a checking account, or by using the
Company issued Master Card debit card.
In order to qualify
for Fast Start Commissions, ISRs must have made a Binary Purchase and be
enrolled in and pay for an Autoship order of at least $49.95 in the month
in which the Fast Start Commission is earned. The Company pays a 15% Fast
Start commission on all non-binary purchases made by 1st Level ISRs (those
that you personally sponsor), 10% on all purchases made by 2nd Level ISRs
(ISRs sponsored by those that you personally sponsored), and 5% on orders
made by 3rd, 4th and 5th Level ISRs.

Spillover Matrix
Commissions
These commissions are paid on the monthly
purchases made by ISRs in your Binary organization after their initial
90-day period is over. Business Builders love this patent pending program
because it captures all purchase volume made by ISRs anywhere in their
Binary organization, no matter how deep, and no matter where the volume
occurs—up to the 88,572nd person! This means that unlike Unilevel and
other types of inferior programs, you get paid on all sales volume because
it does not break away from your organization. Because it never breaks
away, commissions are perpetuated each month on all non-binary sales
volume. You get credit for all of it! And you don’t have to worry about
losing the volume that occurs in a strong (or even a runaway) binary leg,
because all of the volume is captured within the Spillover Matrix.

Product Introduction Pak Bonus
In
addition to the initial binary purchase of NITRO FX™, most ISRs purchase
our optional Product Introduction Pak for $128 at the time of enrollment.
The Intro Pak allows a new ISR to sample the Company’s other products and
receive important Company marketing information. It includes 2 bottles of
Pure Noni Juice, 2 boxes of Noni Herbal Tea, 1 bottle of Noni Leaf
Capsules, 1 bottle of Kilimi Body Lotion, 1 bottle of Children’s Chewable
Tablets, product brochures, order forms, and a cassette tape and booklet.
When you personally sponsor an ISR who makes an Intro Pak purchase you
receive a $30 one-time bonus on the Sale. To qualify for Intro Pak
bonuses, you must have entered the Binary program by making the one-time
annual purchase and you must be enrolled and pay for an Autoship order of
at least 49.95 PV each month in which you earn commissions. You can also
earn a Fast Start Commission of $7.50 on the Intro Pak Sale, which means
you would be paid a total of $37.50 on the sale. Your upline sponsors will
also earn Fast Start Commissions on the Intro Pak Sales you make, just as
you too may earn Fast Start Commissions on Intro Pak orders and every
other type of order made by up to five levels of ISRs in your
organization.
Retail Profits
A retail
profit is made when an ISR sells products to customers above the wholesale
price paid for the products. ISRs who are qualified to earn commissions
can also make Retail Profits when customers make purchases at retail
prices from the ISR’s Replicated Web Site. The Company ships these online
orders directly to the customer. ISRs earn the difference between the
wholesale and retail price of the products purchased (30% to 40% markup),
minus a small $1.00 transaction fee.
