They really make no sense. Most people get them becuas they are too poor to cut the rest..........read this short passage and you will under stand:I have a dream that one day everyone will have mullets.....lol, not really but th ereal truth is that a real mullet is really short on top and at least 3 inches in the back, it is ture!
