Would you like to see the world through different eyes? We do...and what you see, is rarely what you get. The world you live in is only a part of the greater whole...a pieces of the whole puzzle if you will. We see with "open" eyes, seeing what you're blind to, either because of sheer ignorance or fear of admitting that things really DO go "bump in the night." The things you pay your ten dollars to go see at the theatre, with your buttered popcorn and diet soda, are the harsh realities that we deal with on a regular basis...and it ain't fun. Ever day is a struggle for survival for us, just to avoid death, destruction and mayhem, just so that we can punch our 9 to 5 and hash out something that resembles a normal life.
Why you, you might ask, do we do it? 'Cuz we have to, for most of us anyway. We didn't chose to be freaks in the eyes of the 'sleeping' world, it chose us. Blame it on fate, chance, or dumb luck...most of us had about as much choice in it as we did in being born, which is probably what set us down this path in the first place. Fallen Angel, Furry Critter, Reality Deviant, or Meals on Wheels...We all do what we have to in order to survive. Yet, at times, those lifestyles clash, and that's when stuff gets ugly.
Well, it seems like my word isn't good enough for you...one of those people who 'won't believe it 'til you see it"? If that's what blows your hair back, please give your ticket to the gate keeper and proceed directly to hell...do not pass go, do not collect your two hundred dollars...and kiss your arse goodbye...
