So today I was talking to my Aunt and she told me I should get my realtors liscense because she is getting her brokers liscense in february and I could work under her. It's a way to make money and last year she sold 72 homes or something so I mean its possible...but I don't think that's something I would want to do as a life long career. I could have my liscense by december though if I took the classes offered at RCC in the fall. What I really want to do is have my own house and have a daycare in it, Problem is you can't get your own house without having a steady job to begin with. So that's what I am working towards. I have always wanted one, and hopefully I will be able to make enough money to get it started. That's my goal anyway...
