On most sites when you click on the members url a grey box appears where you are asked to enter your username and password.

A site, which uses a form login, is somewhat different. When you go to the members url you are sent to a separate page to enter your username and password and then must login.

You will notice that the grey box does not appear. There may not seem to be that much of a difference to you but the form login takes a much longer time to crack and so that is why many passboards (including this one) don’t do them. Now that you know the difference between the 2 kinds of sites please check before posting to be sure your request is not a form login.
