Alright, to try and boost Activity and help with recruiting I am going to begin a tournaments there will be prizes for each rank. For example the Evil Knights will fight the Evil Knights. Council can join in aswell but each council member will go into the group he or she best suits. If they don't fit in any group then if possible another will be made for them if there is more then one on them in that group.
