GARLIC MASHED POTATOE

My garlic mash potatoes are my own and a little different from others, but still very simple.

2 lbs of Yukon Gold Potatoes

2 Tbs unsalted Butter

6 Heads of Roasted Garlic.

½ Cup prepared Horseradish

½ tsp. wasabi (japanese horseradish)

½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Salt and Pepper to taste. My recipes list salt and pepper to taste many times. I don’t use much salt and I love pepper.

Boil potatoes in salted water until soft but not mushy, Mash potatoes with garlic that has been roasted for about 1 hour at 400 degrees, add butter. Add horseradish and wasabi. While mashing add heavy whipping cream in slowly. By the time all the cream has been added you should have smooth fantastic potatoes. Great with Lamb.
