3 cups flour
2 cups flour
2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbs. Vinegar
½ cup oil
2 cups water
Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together, then stir until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake for 35 minutes, or until done. Touch top, if springs bake into place it is done. It is a vary moist chocolate cake. Frost with favorite frosting or not.
