Introduction

During the course of a civilized and friendly conversation (not cyber-sex) with an intelligent man in the Mung suite at bianca.com this afternoon, he kindly shared with me in some detail his ideal outline for a woman's masturbation session based on the principle of gradual arousal and delay. the reason this works well online is that i ask for a description of sensations, breathing, etc-- and that produces a pause between sets of ten strokes-- perhaps five minutes

in order not to get bored- after the first several sets you get to take of your panties of course

then a little bit of an interlude-- and you are directed to massage your nipples with juicy fingers-- leaving your pussy alone while you do that

then a special exercise which actually is chinese - a clit massage-- using your thumb and forefinger - if the clit is aroused enough it is easy to pinch it gently and massage the shaft-- more of the ten stroke requirement here

it can be too intense-- the idea is not too get to the point where it is irritated

then more ten stroke exercises-- slightly more pressure-- never more speed

The results when I did the exercise

About a quarter to 4pm I started to get ready by locking the doors of my house, drawing the curtains and turning the heater up high in my lounge room.
