The Walt Disney World College Program is a one-of-a-kind, paid internship experience for college students from all majors and backgrounds. The program consists of learning, living and earning components and offers students a multitude of Benefits. Six courses, designed by professionals and subject-matter experts from the Disney University and recommended for credit by the American Council on Education, are offered to students as part of their program. Students live in company-sponsored, 24-hour gated apartment communities on our unique campus. Students work in one of four theme parks, more than 20 resorts, three water parks or our dining/entertainment/retail complex interacting with guests from all over the world in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
