A hero walks a long, winding path of
patience and wisdom, 
before he reaches
his destination.

He learns to be humble, he learns
to be wise;
just to overcome trial, fears,
and life.

A hero knows not of hate, but knows
nothing of desire;
he loves
with his heart on fire.

Everyone cheers when he comes around,
while he puts bad guys to the ground.
If I had a hero I could call my own,
I'd show him he's not alone.
