Vote Exchanges are for people in web competitions who are looking for others with whom to exchange votes. After joining another vote exchange and finding it to be really helpful, I decided to start my own because I felt there was room for more that are free of charge.

This is a vote for vote exchange so please keep that in mind before joining. I heartily discourage blind voting so be sure you agree with the rules before you decide to join.
