21. Flora Macdonald was born on 15 Mar 1862 in Harlosh, Isle of Skye, Scotland. In 1881 she was a domestic servant in Duirinish, Isle of Skye, Scotland. She died of cardiac failure on 7 Aug 1947 in Harlosh, Isle of Skye, Scotland.

Flora Macdonald and John McQueen were married on 9 Mar 1899 in Lonemore, Skye, Scotland. John McQueen (son of Alexander McQueen and Mary Cameron) was born in 1851 or 1852 in Bracadale, Isle of Skye, Scotland. He died of carcinoma ventriculi on 8 May 1924 in Harbost, Skye, Scotland. He was a master tailor. John was a widower and tailor originally from Bracadale. His first wife was Jessie Urquhart, with whom he had 3 sons and 2 daughters.

He was living in Dingwall when he married Flora in 1899. During the 1901 census, Norman Macdonald, Flora’s younger brother, was living with them in Dingwall. Flora Macdonald and John McQueen had the following children:
