Michelle's Favorite Recipes

Another one of my hobbies is cooking.  My step-dad is a chef and I've had fun learning how to cook from him.  I've included some of my very favorite recipes and I hope you enjoy them.

1 cup fat-free beef broth

3. Add beef broth to pan and boil until almost all gone. Add evaporated milk and boil until reduced by half.

4. Off heat, whisk in sour cream, gorgonzola and chives. Pour sauce over steaks and serve with asparagus.
