Miguel and I met at an Englishtown, NJ event in April... After brainstorming about taking his daily driven Nissan pick-up to the next level, a week later I decided to start with a custom center console piece based off the stock ABS plastic pieces ! |

| 1. First a mold was made of the original stock center console piece... Then a lot of cutting and trimming to allow for a car club logo cut-out in 1/4" plexi glass... The top portion of the console, which opens and closes, was also molded and a bezel molded in for a Fahrenheit 7" screen to fit! 2. A bird's eye view of the project molded, body filled and sanded smooth! 3. Check out the back of the piece where the PS2 controllers will later plug in! 4. Here's a shot of the primered main project, a molded version of shifter section of the console and the head unit bezel... The shifter section of the project was molded off the original stock piece minus the storage pocket and 12V socket for much sleeker look... The head unit was also molded minus the cigarette lighter output and ash tray and two holes cut out for Meagan Racing Voltmeter and Air/fuel gauges! |
