| 2. This is how things look after wrapping the entire project in fleece, fiberglassing it, and finally adding 4 layers of chop matte. 3. Now that we have things this strong, it's time to mix some Duraglass; which is fiberglass reinforced filler. 4. Here's a shot of it spread over the box and curing in the sun for awhile! 5. Now it is necessary to knock this layer of filler down and prepare it for a layer of plastic! |

| 6. But before we do that, we have to brace and seal the inside of this monster. Notice the front portion of the box is pretty flat; not good when dealing with fiberglass. 7. So I had to cut and adhere two pieces of MDF to add to this area's rigidity! 8. A few shots of the project body filled and sanded up to 150 grit paper. |
