1.   After a mold was made of the bottom half of the panel, MDF was used to get the basis I was looking for!  2.   Here's a good shot of everything so far; with the pair of Dual Mag 6 1/2 inch component sets mounted!  Also there's going to be a rectangular spot for a logo later on! 3. Ok, Ok, here are several shots of the panels body filled, sanded smooth and finally mounted to check for any gaps, interferences  etc.
