1. First off, the idea was to get these puppies as light and as flat as possible for what we had in store for them.  2. Pic 1 is of the driver's side door MDF frame Pic 2 is of the rear driver's side MDF frame  3. And the passenger's side doors closed 4. A shot of how the 6.5" speaker will be angled and mounted!

 

 

5. Now for a little fleece-ology-  passenger side door  6. And rear passenger 7. While the 1/8" white plexi is on order, this is the area that needed to be cut-out for it to be mounted and lit. This all, of course, after the fleece was fiberglassed! 8. same for the rear door; sticking to the theme on the outside of the car.

 

9. Another shot of the driver side panel. 10. There I am sanding smooth the driver's door panel after spreading filler over it!   11. Now... it's always necessary for things to flow so it was time to fab, for each panel,  a piece that'll have it meet up with the custom dash when the doors are closed!  12. Spread some Duraglass over and sand as smooth as possible.
