Brian came to me fully prepared to graduate from an all wood installation to an all fiberglass one!  Having a trio of 12" Audiobahn subwoofers, two powerful Rockford Fosgate amplifiers and the right to do what ever I wanted, I knew this was going to be fun!

1. Here's a nice picture of the lay-up so far... Going for perfect symmetry with sub angling... Later, the MDF pieces for the bases of each Rockford Fosgate amplifier were cut out and angled- I decided to get a little curvy with the amps! 2. Here's the project fleeced over and waiting to be soaked with resin.  3.  After the first layer of resin was poured on, it was time to begin enclosure strengthening using two layers, (three layers in flatter areas) of chop matte and resin!  4. A shot of the project having been body filled and sanded smooth!

5.  Of course it was now necessary for the tedious task of eliminating all pinholes in the project to be prepped for primer!  So on went the first, and certainly not the last, layer of putty glaze!  6.  Here's how thing so far with one Audiobahn sub mounted! 7.  A shot of the piece temporarily mounted.  8.  Yes, Yes.  Everything came back from the shop painted color matched to the car...Nice finish!

9.  Now it was necessary to get everything mounted and wired up!
