| 30th July, 2002. Hi Trevor and Ken, Many thanks guys for a great time recently. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the raw bush setting. The hundreds of native birds seem also to enjoy your gentle and caring approach to their welfare and a friendly environment. I also appreciate the initiative taken by Ken to give us a guided tour to the Weir Wall (Dam) built across Lake Glenmaggie, where we had the opportunity to walk from one end of the wall to the other side and we also enjoyed the scenic beauty of the surroundings while we were in the middle of the wall (dam). The visit to the Weir Wall Library was educative, as we were able to learn the history of project. The visit and tour of the Deer Farm where we were able to see many species of animals was also very interesting indeed. I must say that during the free time we had we enjoyed ourselves in the Games Room where we were able to participate in Table Tennis and Billiards and not forgetting the facilities in the Mini Gym. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Macalister Lodge and I must say that you two guys did everything to make our stay pleasant, comfortable and a memorable one. So much so, my Daughter and Son-in-Law (Gillian & Randy) have decided to visit your place once again before my wife Althia and I get back to Sri Lanka at the end of November. Once again thank you Ken & Trevor and I hope to see you both again in the very near future. Regards.
