2. Possession of the animal will begin immediately upon payment. The animal then becomes the responsibility of the new owner.
3. A registration certificate for animals purchased will be furnished by I'm a Tellin' U.
4. All animals have been vaccinated by I'm a Tellin' U.
5. We reserve the right to withdraw any animal from the Sale Corral without notice.
6. We will accept layaways. There will be a 25% deposit required to hold an animal. The scheduled payments will then be handled on a one to one basis with the potential buyer and I'm a Tellin' U. There will be no refunds of deposits if the buyer changes his/her mind. We will not charge any fees for boarding the animal as long as payments are made as scheduled.
7. We will be happy to deliver animals free of charge within a 100 mile radius. All deliveries after the 100 miles will be charged a fee of $1.00 per mile.
8. We accept orders by e-mail and over the phone.
