One might say, "Health is Beauty and Beauty is Health." And you might tell that person to stop creating very bad cliches. So for now, Health and Beauty exist as two separate ideas- at least on this website.
Listen, you can try analyzing your caloric intake in terms of percentages of protein, fat and carbohydrates, you can eliminate any of these or participate in counting numbers in order to change your eating habits and health. But what it boils down to is the simple old saying: eat less, exercise more. Well, eat better, I would add. Change your white flour products to whole grain or wheat products, decrease your daily intake of sugars, eat more raw fresh veggies and fruits and drink 8 glasses of water daily. Practice yoga, pilates, walking- or more involved exercising if you can take it.

I love lip color, gloss, and all that good stuff. Try Lorac's 4 shade lip gloss compact. Find it at Sephora for $28.50. Think about it: four shades in one- it's a bargain! (Not really, but we all need to treat ourselves once in awhile!) Also, I saw L'Oreal "So Delice" Sheer Lipstick in a magazine, found it on sale at our local drugstore and love it! The shades I purchased are "Pink Lemonade" and "Berry Delicious". I have only tried the Pink Lemonade so far, but I thoroughly enjoy it. As if there is a party on my lips and everyone's invited!
