The Summers Estate, By Alex
This is the first house that I am putting up for download. It looks kind of strange from the back (in the picture) but lovely from the front. It can accomodate up to about five or six people. But of course, one could do just fine, provided he had some visitors. This house includes two bathrooms, both with awsome roomy baths, two bedrooms, though you can build more, a pool and deck, a b-ball court, and here's the cool part, a Gym with martial arts mats to practice karate, and an Art Studio complete with easels for painting, a mirror to practice ballet in front of, (the sims really do dance) and even a movie camera and a microphone for your actress to rise to the top. Creative or active sims will feel quite at home in this estate.

Log Cabin Dream, By Alex
This is a really nice smaller, but still roomy log cabin. I had two sims live in this house that both got to the tops of their careers, then moved out and bought a mansion. This house has one bedroom, one bathroom, one story, livingroom with cable tv, a pool and georgious deck. Complete with a robot to do the dishes. Enjoy!

This is a really cool pink beach house for your sim couple or family that wants to get away. They can also get some tanning done at the beach. Two balconies, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one large bedroom, long sandy beach. (beach tiles come with downloads) Enjoy!
