It includes free parking in the parking lot and a pool, open from 8 am in the morning to ten at night. THere's even a playground by the pool for the kids. There's also a pond, though most of it is cut off in the picture. Hired maids and gardeners come in at ten in the morning each day to clean your condo and water your garden. Each condo has an eat-in kitchen, a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Un-furnished, except a few things.
