Look what a few months on the products have done! Russ has lost 14 lbs and well over 30 inches!

UPDATE: August 2003, 1yr. later ~ Russ is now down 40 lbs!!! He has lost two pant sizes, went from a tight XL shirt to a comfortable Lg. and feels GREAT!
