• 1.5 oz vodka
• 1 oz Kahlua
• lemon juice

1. fill a rocks glass or tub with ice
2. add vodka, Kahlua, and a dash or 2 of lemon juice
3. garnish with lemon twist

• 1 dozen fresh eggs
• 2 cups natural cane sugar
• 1 pt. spiced rum
• 1 pt. cognac
• 3 pts. milk
• 1 pt. cream
• nutmeg, cinnamon

1. separate eggs
2. beat yolks and sugar until thick
3. add rum, cognac, milk, and cream
4. stir well and chill well (no ice cubes)
5. beat egg whites and fold into nog
6. sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon
