Dear Students, Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to Room 201! I hope you are having a great vacation and look forward to meeting you in the fall. In the event you want to shop for school supplies before school starts, I've included a list of supplies you must have by Monday, September 8th.

A one inch 3-ring binder set up with 5 dividers: Math, Science, Social Studies, English, Reading

Loose leaf notebook paper in each section

3 Pocket folders

4 - #2 Pencils

2 Blue or black erasable ink pens

Colored pencils or thin colored markers

Highlighter

Glue stick

Eraser

Ruler with inches and centimeters both marked

Zipper pouch or ziplock bag to keep supplies in

In an envelope with your name - $1.00 in change for emergency phone use (optional-emergency lunch money)

Box of kleenix if possible - sometimes we go through a box in one to two days!

6 Book covers - brown paper bags are best (No sticky plastic covers)

You will also be required to have an accelerated reading book by Monday, September 8th for your first book report project. The librarian in the public library has the book list at the reference desk.
