SHAMS WIN 7-4

The Shawsheen Valley Shamrocks beat the Wilmington Fighting Irish in a close game played at the Trahan Field in Tewksbury, Ma. Kyle Browne got things rolling for the Irish in the first innning with a solo and 2 run Home run. Dan Reed scored in the bottom of the first to pull the Shams to within 2 on a double by Hank Chase. Then the Shams Hank Chase drove in another run in the bottom of the second inning. Then the shams scored 4 times in the bottom of the fourth to make it a 6-3 lead. In the top of the fifth kyle browne hit his 3rd home run of the game to make it 6-4.To Top it off Hank Chase Drove in his 4th Rbi of the game on a fielder choice.
