The GM winter meetings have begun and the Sox are looking to improve in the pitchers and the either 1st base or 3rd. The Florida Marlins have been very interested in my favorite player Trot Nixon. So the Sox offered him for Brad Penny a young pitching stud. So, kudos to Theo Epstein who just began as our GM. He is on the right track of who to get for our starting rotation.
The Basketball season is in full swing and the Celts are one of the top teams in the east. After the game, against the Knicks it looks like Vin Baker might be getting back his legs. This could spell trouble for the other teams because everybody knows what Paul and Antoine can do and with both Tonys playing well we are a force in the east.
The Patriots are also stepping up their game with winning five of their last six games. With their last two of three games against division teams, there is a strong possibility the Pats could make it back to the Playoffs and with are creative coaching staff we could repeat. Also, on the side I wish the NFL would start televising more of the Falcons games, who's with me on this one.
