Elections are held at the end of the school year. If you are interested in a position, names will be taken in nomination at a meeting. On the day of elections, each nominee will make a speech highlighting his or her attributes in regards to the position. Voting by ballot will proceed after the speeches. Officers must maintain good grades, be a positive roll model, participate in every show (on stage or off) and fulfill their duties.


PRESIDENT
Overall organization of meetings, members and parent involvement. Publicity of all company events. Senior biographies for the musical program.

VICE PRESIDENT
Coordinating props for all shows. Coordinating the design and ordering of the T-shirts for shows. Working with the historian to maintain and update the Theatre Company Web-Site.

SECRETARY
Coordinating costumes for all shows. Organizing fund raisers. Keeping track of all rehearsal, set building and performance hours (for Thespian society) for all shows.

TREASURER
Coordinating tickets for all shows. Keeping track of all ticket sales and numbers for each show. Organizing the program for all shows.

HISTORIAN
Taking pictures of all shows (from start to finish). Taking video of all shows (from start to finish). Putting together the picture board for each show. Maintaining and organizing photo books of all events. Maintaining and updating the Theatre Company Web Site.

Coordinating and maintaining the back stage area, the stage area and the house area. Working with the Historian to keep accurate accounts of pictures and video of all theatre company events.
