I sing gospel music. Mostly "Southern Gospel" with a mix of some "Country Gospel" and "Bluegrass". Maybe even some "Praise and Worship" and some "Contemporary" thrown in.

I do not think that I am anyone special. I am a willing instrument of God. I have heard Him call my name and I have answered, here am I. In saying this I am not bragging on myself, but attesting to the mightiness and greatness of GOD.

Up until about the year 1998, I would never have dreamed that I would be singing in front of a group of people, I was too timid. I would not have dreamed of being able to play the piano either, nor playing the guitar, fiddle, or harmonica. Yet when I realized that I have been serving God all these years, (apx. 27), on my terms, I knew things needed to change. I had been using shyness and timidity as excuses to not serve Him as I knew in my heart He wanted me to. It was at that time, I Completely yielded my whole self, everything to Him. This wonderful ministry of music and song is something I had never dreamed of doing until I did yield my life COMPLETELY to Him.

I am not a professional singer, pianist, violinist (fiddler), guitarist, or harmonica player; but, I am available to share all the wonderful songs of praise of and to God with the gifts God has given me. And this is how I attempt that:
Colossians 3:16: Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. I also try to do as the Psalmist says in these scriptures:
Psalms 66:1 Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands: Psalms 81:1 Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob. Psalms 95:1 O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Psalms 95:2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. Psalms 98:4 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. Psalms 98:6 With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King. Psalms 100:1 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.

So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do. Luke 17:10
