I love
all kinds of bread. I really enjoy making bread and I have never
owned a bread machine. I guess it's because I love to make
different shapes of bread. Nothing smells so good as fresh bread
from the oven. Maybe some of these recipes will inspire you to
try your hand at it. I do recommend a baking stone for the oven
and a sprayer bottle. It is important to spray the oven during
baking to promote the steam needed for a good crust. The stone is
preheated and the bread baked directly on the stone. Can you
smell it baking yet? Have fun and release your frustrations
