Christmas is a time to treasure...a time to be with loved ones and exchange gestures of caring. With the joy comes a lot of work, too. You want to select gifts that will please everyone. You want to prepare you home so it will be festive, decorative and warm. And you want your holiday food to be tasty and special. Keeping The Kids Busy

Little ones can trim their own tree if you can cut a tree outline from peper or felt and tape it to a wall.
Let them create ornaments from paper, yarn, etc., and tape or glue to tree.

Make up a "guest box" for little visitors with art supplies, games and books.
Present on arrival.

Staple plain paper together in book form for kids to write their own Christmas story.

Have a decoration contest with small Styrofoam shapes such as balls, plus sequins, felt and gold stars.
Give a prize for the best snowman, face and tree trim.
