Peggy Webb Williams was the daughter of SAMUEL WEBB born 1764 died 1820 in Va. and MARTHA TABITHA DRIVER WEBB b. 1765 d. 1827. Peggy's name is sometimes spelled "Pegozina". They had 9 children. CHILDREN OF SAMUEL WEBB and MARTHA TABITHA DRIVER

John Webb's parents were Isaac Webb 1709-1760 and Frances Barber 1716-1782 (Frances BARBER's parents were Charles Barber b. 1676 and Frances Glascock b. 1680). Isaac Webb's parents were Giles Webb and Elizabeth Spann.

My cousin, Lamar Williams, from Wrightsville, Georgia, provided lots of the Williams/Walker/Bass Family history (MA EMMIE'S SIDE OF THE FAMILY).
They owned land in Washington County, Georgia.

SHADRACK WILLIAMS III b. 6/4/1832 d. 11/28/1888. He was born in part of Washington County, Georgia which later was cut into Johnson County.
married ELIZABETH GATSEY WALKER on Dec. 21, 1854. She was called Gatsey.
Shadrack Williams III was a Justice of the Peace in Johnson and Washington County, Georgia. He was a confederate soldier and served in Company D, 59th Infantry Regiment in 1862. He later joined Company E, 2nd Regiment, Militia, and held the rank of 3rd Sergeant. Two of his brothers Samuel and Freeman Williams also served in the military. Their great-grandfather was a revolutionary war soldier.
Shadrack III died of lock jaw after getting his finger crushed in a cane mill. He was 62 when he died.
Shadrack III married Elizabeth Gatsey Walker.
