About the Layout
The layout was created using notepad and Cool Text. The Cool Text was used to create the funky buttons at te top. The rest of the webpage was created by my using Notepad as an editor. It was done in HTML to allow even beginner users to modify the template to their wants and needs.

Terms of Useage
The layout is freeware and you are free to distribute it as you please, as long as you link back to my website Mpog Gamer. The link must be placed on your home page and must be easily accessible. This is all I ask. If you would like the link removed please notify me with your reasons for wanting the link removed and I will probably let you remove it.
