Francis Isabel Lewis
August 8, 1926 - December 29, 2003
Francis I. Lewis, of Tampa, passed away on December 29, 2003 in Elk Grove Village,
Ill. She was 77 years old and was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Lewis; and daughter,
Sandra Carver. Mrs. Lewis is survived by one son, Richard Lewis; and eight daughters, Sherry
Coniglio, Marla Collum, Linda Richards, Pamela Toner, Kathy Leighly, Kim Heckelsmiller, Terry Doty,
and Jerry Rozier; 32 grandchildren; and 49 great- grandchildren.
