Alina Lebedyeva, 16, is facing up to 15 years in prison for "endangering the health of a foreign dignitary" by swiping the Prince with the flower during a walkabout in the Latvian capital, Riga.
"I'm against the Afghan war,'' the teen-ager said in Russian to reporters as police took her away.
