Welcome to The C.O.O.L. Ministries Youth Group of the Congregacion Candelero de Dios. The C.O.O.L. Ministries Youth Group meets every Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. in the "Blue Room" in the basement of the Church, and is for youth ages 13 - 17.

Our Mission

The group has several areas of focus, including but not limited to, connecting with the youth, considering their realities, helping them to know and strengthen their relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and preparing them to become future leaders, Pastors, and disciples with Stewardship in the Church.

The core curriculum consists of prayer, Bible study, teaching, coaching, and fun activity. Each week there is a topic of discussion for faithfully living a life enriched and fulfilled with Jesus Christ. Once a month we get together to celebrate our youth's birthdays for the past month or spend the night out on a fun activity.

Group Profile

The group has several goals that it hopes to achieve for the upcoming year. Through praise & worship we want to have each of our youth become examples of Christian leadership in their schools, amongst their friends, and in the Church. Through open discussion we want to have each of our youth better understand themselves, come to terms with daily challenges of being a teenager, and become better prepared to enter into adulthood. Through youth gatherings, retreats, and special programs we want to have our youth become acquainted with other youth and learn to interact with other youth for evangelism, ministering, and leadership preparation.
