Volume I: Green Belt (Click to Order)

The initial volume in the Chinese Dragon Kempo Series, Green Belt, is in a way the most important. This volume will instruct you on the Fundamentals of the system: the Targets of your opponent and the Strikes that you use against them. The Targets encompass the Upper Region, the Middle Region, and the Lower Region. Strikes include Hand Strikes, Kicks, and Blocks. You will also learn the Shaolin Fist Form. Self Defense techniques against common punches, body grabs and a kick are covered in the Tiger Fist, Leopard Fist and Snake Fist set. Volume II: Brown Belt (Click to Order)

In this volume, you will learn the self defense techniques of the Crane Fist and the Dragon Fist. You will learn techniques that build on what you have learned in previous volumes. Crane Fist concentrates on counter-attacks to wrist grabs from the front and behind, body assaults, the first multiple attacker situation and a couple of pre-emptive, offensive techniques designed to deal with threatening situations. The Crane Fist Techniques use kicks and chops to increase the range of your counter-attacks. Dragon Fist teaches eleven techniques. You will learn responses to more types of body assaults and chokes, more multiple attacker situations and another offensive technique. Return to Main Page

Volume III: Black Belt 1st Degree - The Enlightened Fist (Click to Order)

The third volume in the Chinese Dragon Kempo series, Black Belt 1st Degree - the Enlightened Fist, teaches you the requirements to earn your black belt. You will learn the eighteen techniques and form of Black Belt - the Enlightened Fist. This volume will instruct you on counter-attacks to several more assaults and chokes, more multiple attacker situations, punches, kicks and a few offensive techniques.
