Welcome to
Christian Student Resource!

"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
~Matthew 5:14-16

This site is being moved to www.christianstudentresource.com. All new updates will be made to that site as of 3/27/03.

The purpose of this website is to provide a resource for Christians at secular schools. I myself am a student at a very liberal secular school. I realized before coming here that I would need to tap into Christian community as soon as possible, as Christian fellowship is key to growth. I've also found the internet to be an invaluable tool in my search for God's truth, and can only wish that the types of information that I was looking for and need most as a Christian at college were all available in one central place.

At the end of my freshman year, I felt called by God to provide for this need by constructing a website. As I prayed, God filled my thoughts with ideas and information to create a site where Christian students could find Biblical answers and information for the problems and situations they commonly face. Friends and fellow students have given me input, and have been helpful to me in compiling the material that I here provide.

I hope this site will be of use to you in your walk. I have provided scripture, articles, and more in the section "Study Topics", information on issues such as sexuality, racism, and worship. I've provided links to the sacred texts of various religions, because I feel that as a Christian in this world it is necessary to understand the beliefs of others in order to reach out to them with the Truth. There are also links to many other websites that may be of help to you in your studies. Hopefully the Forums here will provide a chance for us to come together as the body of Christ to encourage and enlighten each other.
