OUT OF THE BLUE...

... And into the black. Welcome to my site. Name's Steven James. I'm 18 and I live in the Western Massachusetts town referred to as Springfield (although I'm now at college at Fitchburg, MA). I'm into camping, off road downhill BMX biking, ghosthunting, skateboarding, snowboarding, movies, music, reading (my favorite author is Stephen King), drawing, visual media production (video and film), and writing both poetry and fictional stories.

The latest news in my life? I have no idea where my life's headed. Well, have a nice day.

Oh, one last thing. This site is currently in transition due to new computers and similar goodies and the changes in my life. Things currently here will disappear, things not here will be added, and a whole bunch of crap will be changed.

Hey, look. It's me.

Things to come:

Hey, those are MY pictures: I haven't exactly had the best luck with cameras (35 mm: dropped and broken. Digital: stolen. Another digital: lost or stolen, never figured out which) but I hope to get another one soon (I take a lot of pictures). And I've held onto my PDA, so I think I can manage to hold onto my camera this time around.

Robots, robots everywhere: With the end of my time in high school and my departure from Springfield, I will no longer be a part of robotics team 96. However, there is a robotics team in Fitchburg (where I will be going to college) and since I'm not willing to stop being a part of FIRST robotics, I intend to be a mentor for the Fitchburg team. I also plan to create a page for that robotics team.

I'm really not one for guestbooks. Too often there's something you want to tell the site owner that you don't want to say publicly and have read by god knows who. Plus they're a royal pain in the ass to program properly (I write my own HTML code). If anyone has something you want to say to me, email it or contact me via AIM (AOL Instant Messenger for all you slow non-acronym people out there) at inthedark1313. Thank yew.

Interesting fact. These poop banana dudes dance to Green Day's "Longview." Play the song and watch the bananas, you'll see what I mean.
