Well, it's been a while but with all the chaos around me I found a way to update my site(my parents arn't home). Commandos: The Fortress is slowly loosing itself and Day of Defeat 2.0beta is out. On the other hand, all the mapping I've done for Day of Defeat, like dod_vasgoy, dod_stalag17, and dod_kesserinepass, is all down the bloody spout, as following instructions to delete my dod folder, I forgot about all the WADs I had in that folder and the folder was too big for the recycle bin, so I have to find some way to get those back or remake the entire maps again. I've also scratched my magazine, The Videogamer until I have free time to work on it. Console Wars is being postponed for now, and Spade has converted to Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. I tried to make it so on Halflife but the mod makers didn't come through, and I've also asked Planet Medal of Honor to host my site but they haven't got back yet, but if CTF holds on and rises again my site will be part of The Fortress Network. Once again, this is the real me, not some cheap, flimsy byproduct, no, I'm not dead.
The holiday season is dead and buried and I'm into the spirit of Sven Co-op in Halflife modding, but I'm still doing a tad of mapping with DOD. I have revamped the Spade Multiplayer for Co-op with Allies only. I'm also opening up everything in singleplayer(hint, hint) from the Wolfpack to Marketgarden.
I just came back from my Christmas Eve party and it's 12:33 AM so I'm going to finish chapter 4 early this morning before the present openings. Sorry for the lack of previews but I had no time. Merry Christmas anyway. -Ben
Tommorow's my birthday so I'm gonna try to update this site as much as possible. I also got alot of software from a Frontpage 2000 Trial Disk w/ Bonus Trial Software(Frontpage has a good HTML Editor). Notice music replacing Abe, it's my current favorite song. I'm gonna try to get a bunch of MP3s and put it on a Random Selection thig so a random song comes up every time you visit the site, but I currently only have two songs, Fragging for the First Time(which is the track playing) and the Twelve Days of Christmas Blizzard Version.
I just totally revamped the MOHAA page after downloading the fansite kit. It's a bit overcrowded but I'm working those difficulties now. As for Console Wars, just hang on. I have a scheduled release for it, Christmas day. I'm hosting a small preview of it Christmas Eve at a time to be announced. I'm sorry to say I won't be hosting ANY updates on December 22nd, as it's my birthday and the first day of Christmas Vacation, so I'll be watching Lord of the Rings and trying to install a 256MB DDRRAM upgrade I might be getting.

I haven't updated this website in a LONG while. I haven't even started Chapter Four of Console Wars yet, but all in good time. I'm planning to release Chapter Four of Console Wars as a special Christmas present to all of you loyal readers. I still have NO team for Spade, so I guess you can add another few months onto the waiting period if no one comes forward. PLEASE advertise for Spade everywhere you can if you look forward to the most highly realistic Halflife MOD coming out. It's going to be a long wait but it's going to be even longer if I don't have a team. I just started mapping a few days ago, I started mapping a Day of Defeat map called dod_trenchwarfare, I have solved the problem of spawncamping on this map, the sheer length from one trench through No-Man's-Land then running around a mile to the Capture Point building and two other miles to the spawns, each trench is different. I have a screen I took yesterday of my Worldcraft screen as I can't get the map to compile in a room I made, I'm far more advanced with the Allied trench at the moment but I'm still working on the back area of the trench and near the end of the spawn area, but the furthest point away from the spawn bunkers is still a short jog away. Remember, this was taken a day after I started work on it.
I've just officially changed the name of Soldat to Spade. It seems kind of right, since Spade follows Spade Company and Soldat was originally intended to follow the German Army. Before that it was Commandos: First-Person Shooter, which followed the soldiers from Commandos 2 with a few extras through World War 2 in a first-person perspective. Spade has undergone many changes, many changes. We also seriously need help. Seriously. I've updated the Spade site but I haven't converted Soldat to Spade yet. Well, I've just finished Console Wars Chapter Three: Strike Force. It only took me a couple of days and is my shortest chapter, but it's mostly just preparation and a few action sequences. The main part of the chapter is preparing for my most action-filled chapter, Fight or Flight. It's going to take me more than a few days to finish Chapter Four.
