Hello, and welcome to my Website, devoted to the world of distilled spirits and the fine art of bartending. I'm BarBoy6674. I'm 36 years old, married, and currently reside in rural Ellington, Connecticut (aka "Smellington").
Looking at my site's url, you may be asking, "If you're from Connecticut, why did you choose a Massachusetts-themed url?" The reason is fairly simple: I'm a student at the Boston Bartenders School in Wethersfield, Connecticut, and I hope to land my first bartending job in Boston, so I can relocate there. So, basically, it's just anticipation.
Anyway. . . As I said, I've been married to my wife/best friend/soulmate for almost four years now (January 10, 2004). She's the most important person in my life, supporting me 110% in my pursuit of a bartending career, although deep inside, she has reservations (like us not seeing one another much, and me not making as much money as I was when I worked in the insurance industry).
As for what you will (eventually) see on my site, I intend to feature drink recipes, a photo gallery, tips and techniques, and a whole lot more!
